BRUSNIK
The company BRUSNIK was founded in 1969 as a small sheet metal shop in the old Bazaar in Bitola, with the main activity of producing gutters and roof tiles for households. In 2002, it grew into a modern factory for the production of trapezoidal sheet metal.
EQUIPMENT
The factory is equipped with the most modern equipment to produce profiled sheet metal, as well as accessories for roofing sheet metal structures (gutters, limed valleys, snow guards made of galvanized strip, and snow guards made of plasticized sheet metal) that further improve the safety and quality of the roof.
PLASTICIZED SHEET METAL
Plasticized sheet metal is composed of a basic material - high-quality steel sheet with an appropriate thickness. The upper side is protected first with a layer of zinc, then with a neutralization layer as a base for a primer layer and finally coated with polyester. These characteristics of the plasticized sheet metal that we use allow easy access to sheet metal profiling, as well as long-lasting products resistant to external influences.
MOUNTED SHEET METAL
The mounted sheet metal of the roof structure is several times lighter than the classic roof. The sheet metal parts are mounted along the entire length of the roof, without interruption, on a base of a light substructure. The color of the sheet metal is made by the buyer's choice. Installation is quick and simple, which significantly reduces the investment for construction. The sheet metal can be mounted on steel or wooden structures. In both cases, it is performed with metal screws with rubber and metal washers that completely close the opening of the sheet metal.
